Sony Electronics have announced a GPS device that puts your pictures on the map. Using time and location recordings from Sony's GPS-CS1 GPS device and the time stamp from a Sony digital still camera or camcorder, photo buffs can plot their digital images to a map and pinpoint exactly where they have been.
The global market for digital photo frame products will exceed 12 million units by 2010, up from an estimated 700,000 units shipped in 2005, according to Digital Cameras and Imaging: Analysis and Forecasts, a recently published report from Parks Associates.

The SCH-a990 enables photo enthusiasts to take high-resolution photos of a similar print quality as a standalone digital camera.
